Location: Mckinney, TX
Venue management responsibilities include:
- Create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Assisting members/customers in a friendly, patient and professional manner.
- Answering customer/marketing calls professionally.
- Following up with leads and increasing membership.
- Manage office vendors and daily maintenance tasks.
- Order and restock office/mailing supplies.
- Manage events, classes at venue, member events, and conferences/meetings scheduled by members.
- Manage online booking/scheduling systems, schedule meetings etc. Maintain a clean and functional office space.
- Act as a backup for other office assistants at location.
Mail/Virtual Office management responsibilities include:
- Daily mail pickup and sorting/scanning of mails by mailbox number.
- Executing daily virtual office tasks such as scanning, shipping, and check deposit etc.
- Check and maintain accurate data across various platforms (billing, customer data, customer mails/requests).
- Generate monthly reports.
- Drop off customer packages at shipping locations.
Marketing responsibilities include:
- Devise and execute local marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Cold call, email to attract new clientele.
- Follow up on a frequent basis with prospective members.
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or Undergraduate Degree Required.
- Comfortable speaking, selling, and growing the customer base.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or business operations a plus.
- Experience with online shipping management, Microsoft office, scheduling software etc a plus.
- Self starter, quick learner, and confident.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Warm and approachable
- Reliable, and Professional demeanor.
Availability: 4 hrs M-F (rotating hrs) and a few weekend hours on Saturday. Flexibility is expected in terms of office hours.
